Starting August 1, 2008, our church treasury was turned over to Jay Taylor.  Mrs. Gail Herron, after spending a couple years working vigorously with our church finances has decided to step down.  She has expressed that she enjoyed doing it but needed to take a break. 

Jay has offered to accept the position for a month's time.  At the end of the month, the financial team and leadership team will determine if an outside treasurer is our right course.  This trial period is also for Jay to determine if he will be able to fulfill such a role for Harvestland Community Church.

Steve Wright remains the contact person inside the church for any financial questions.  He, along with the financial team will be working with Jay to keep our finances on course with where God wants us to be.
